Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as an Operations Coordinator will include:

  • The Operations Coordinator will assist the Fiber Construction Team in managing multiple projects by providing administrative and operational support.
  • This role ensures timely updates, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Fiber Construction Team across multiple active projects.
  • Prepare and deliver special reports for internal teams and customers as needed.
  • Enter and update project data in CRM systems; perform regular CRM maintenance and log reviews.
  • Track and follow up on project milestones to ensure timely completion and alignment with delivery timelines.
  • Assist with access arrangements for major projects.
  • Prepare presentation slide decks for senior management meetings.
  • Manage day-to-day facility operations, including supply inventory and purchasing.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and distribute minutes to relevant team members.
  • Maintain an active log of off-site personnel accessing remote locations.
  • Handle miscellaneous projects and reporting tasks as assigned.

    Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.
  • Experience with purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet.
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
