Training and Development Specialist, Milan, IL

Pay Range - $ 33-34hr

Bartech has an excellent contract opportunity with John Deere client for a Training and Development Specialist. As a Training and Development Specialist located in Milan, IL, you will be responsible for virtual training sessions. Additionally, this role will:

Job Description

• Facilitate inclusive, interactive workshops tailored to audience engagement.
• Deliver pre-developed training content both virtually and in-person.
• Provide feedback to improve training programs using best practices and participant input.
• Manage training materials, tools, and attendance records.
• Collaborate with departments to assess development needs and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate logistics including venues, schedules, delivery methods, and travel.
• Up to 50% travel across various locations in IL, IA, and occasionally ND, NC, KS, TX, and CA.
• Must use personal vehicle for travel within 5 hours of base location (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed).
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience facilitating team and strategic conversations.
• 2-4 years of experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
• 1-3 years of experience using AI and automation tools for content development and process improvement.
• Proven experience in planning and coordinating training schedules and events.
• Skilled in navigating difficult conversations and adapting facilitation strategies
