Hourly pay range $ 28-31

Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as an Auditor will include:

• The Locates Auditor supports the oversight of underground electric facility locate operations across the Duke Energy service area (FL, NC, SC, OH, KY, IN).
• This role is responsible for monitoring contractor performance, auditing invoices and billing, tracking and forecasting budgets and ticket volumes, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Audit contractor performance and locate-related billing
• Track and forecast historical budgets and ticket volumes
• Address locate inquiries and complaints from customers
• Educate stakeholders on damage prevention and excavator safety
• Support PGO Locate Analysts, Manager, and Power Grid Operations (PGO) leadership
• Manage projects related to locate operations, One Call systems, and dig-safety initiatives
• Serve as a subject matter expert on underground damage prevention and One Call topics
• Collaborate with One Call Centers and Locate Contractors to ensure service quality, mapping accuracy, and ticket system functionality
  
  Job Requirements
• Associate degree preferred with 3 years of related experience
• OR 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
