Hourly pay range $ 42.50-44.83

SCHEDULE - Hybrid - Min 3 times in a week
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the test strategy and scope for assigned projects implementing Quality Assurance best practices.
  • This is a hybrid role so candidate will be required to perform Production Operations Public Support and QA duties.
  • Take a proactive, problem-solving/trouble-shooting approach to identifying and solving software problems; not stopping at identifying the problem, but experiment using available information to try to narrow the possibilities and determine a suggested solution.
  • Troubleshoot application-related issues/inquiries and follow up with development support when required.
  • Assist in development, implementation & execution of comprehensive QA test plans and cases including Automation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Been a part of an Agile DEV-OPS Team responsible for CRM, eCommerce, Apps, API's and Integrations for 2 to 5 years - KEY!
  • QA and Operations support experience with CRM platforms likeSalesforce, Microsoft Dynamics365 or other and eComm tech such as CS-Cart, Shopify, OpenCart, SAP Hybris etc.
  • An understanding for API technologies, native and web Apps.
  • SNOW ticket management experience is a plus. · Detailed experience in QA with a focus on regression and automation testing
  • Extremely familiar with all aspects of software verification including functionality, performance, and system testing.
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication skills to articulate business pain points and translate them to actionable user stories using Jira, Confluence, Visio etc.
  • Superior listening, critical thinking and writing skills.
  • You will be required to analyst the impacts of the sprint and determine best suite of regression testing required.
  • Managed discussions with Business users, IT Analysts and DEV on requirements before, during and after project implementation to support cross-departmental initiatives in process driven environments.
  • Created and maintained technical documentation and knowledge-based articles to document new daily operations, or commonly faced issues.
  • Experience in writing test cases, running point in UAT and documenting findings.
  • A Proactive communication style in and outside the Scrum Team with good time management and organizational skills
  • You will work on projects with tight and competing deadlines!
  • A good technical aptitude with an ability to take direction and lead as and when necessary.
  • An ability to contribute constructively to open discussions and being able to work with competing ideas to achieve project success with approved ideas.
