Hourly pay range $ 46.00 - 48.00
Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, and empower hourly team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Organize workflow and ensure lines are running safely, efficiently, and producing quality parts.
• Coach standardized work practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead with integrity and servant leadership to exceed team and company performance standards.
• Build strong relationships with hourly staff, union representatives, and management.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives across shifts.
  

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in safety and quality management.
• Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
• Knowledge of constraint management principles.
• Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
