Electrical / Electronic Hardware PVT Engineer.

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Electrical / Electronic Hardware PVT Engineer. Hourly pay range $ 44.00- 46.00 hr.
Job Responsibilities

• Analyze warranty claims and customer feedback to identify quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis on returned parts and develop corrective actions.
• Support plant operations with Stop Ships/Builds, campaigns, audits, and quality investigations.
• Lead engineering changes for minor launches and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve subsystem issues.
• Manage engineering trials and implement running changes.
• Issue engineering alerts and concerns to support quality improvements.
• Maintain subsystem-level quality documentation (e.g., SAQ, Top 20 concerns).
• Present findings and updates to upper management and engineering leadership.
  

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Electrical and/or Body Interior systems
• Strong understanding of systems engineering and CAN communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic modules and switches within interior components (e.g., seats, restraints, door trim, IP & cockpit)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with both electrical and body interior systems.
• Familiarity with variability reduction processes and cross-functional collaboration
