Repair Advocate Associate. Lead

Hourly pay range $ 27- $30.50

Position Overview:

The Repair Advocate Associate Lead serves as the primary liaison between dealer service departments, international management/technical services, and customers. This role is responsible for managing repair communications, minimizing vehicle downtime, and ensuring positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong diesel and customer service experience, preferably with a background as a service advisor. Leadership experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for dealers and customers regarding vehicle repairs.
• Monitor and manage high volumes of communication to ensure timely and effective repair processes.
• Keep customers informed of repair status and timelines.
• Escalate issues to dealer or international management when repairs do not meet expectations.
• Support implementation and administration of repair processes.
• Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree and at least 3 years of technical truck/automotive and direct customer service experience
  OR
  At least 5 years of technical truck/automotive and direct customer service experience

Desired Skills:

• Strong diesel/automotive technical and diagnostic experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Presentation and public speaking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Experience leading or mentoring team members is a plus
