Hourly pay range $27-$29
Job Summary
We are seeking a Change Coordinator to join our onsite team. In this role, you will support the engineering department by coordinating enterprise change requests, managing updates to technical data, and ensuring smooth communication between multiple departments. The position requires hands-on involvement on the factory floor up to twice a week and effective use of Product Life cycle Management (PLM) software, particularly Windchill. This role is ideal for candidates with an engineering or manufacturing background who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support technical data changes through the Enterprise Change Request (ECR) process using PLM software.
- Facilitate communication and approval among cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, production, quality, and vendors.
- Apply engineering principles to components and systems; create and assess designs, bills of materials, and oversee 3D modeling and documentation.
- Provide programming logic for bill of material generation via a configured application.
- Create and revise engineering documentation to reflect current standards and practices.
- Support teams and projects related to engineering systems applications.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs.
- Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE when accessing the factory.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Previous experience as a Change Coordinator in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with PLM systems (Windchill highly preferred).
- Familiarity with CAD software (Pro/E, Creo preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Understanding of engineering and manufacturing operations, including production and quality control.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working onsite and using PPE as required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes.
- Technical competency in electro-mechanical devices, motors, drives, and pumping technology is a plus.
- Experience working with teams across multiple time zones and countries is an asset.
