Hourly pay range $ 53-$56

Job Summary:

The Transmission Work Management Scheduler is responsible for developing and implementing integrated schedules based on risk, budget, and resource availability for Transmission Construction and Maintenance teams. This includes internal and contract resources across various disciplines such as apparatus, substation, civil, oversight, electrical, operations, relay, and line work.

This role requires close collaboration with all transmission work groups and external organizations to coordinate and execute transmission work activities efficiently. The Scheduler plays a key role in driving organizational performance and achieving objectives through strong leadership and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage schedules for transmission construction and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align work plans with priorities.
  • Support annual capital and O&M programs ranging from $150M to $300M.
  • Adjust schedules to reflect changes in funding and priority.
  • Ensure compliance with NERC/FERC regulations.
  • Communicate effectively across teams and leadership levels.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience with work management and scheduling systems.
  • Proficiency in software applications including:
    • E-Max
    • Cascade
    • Primavera
    • Project View
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
