Hourly pay range $60-$70

Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Project Manager II to oversee planning and execution of projects at natural gas and coal generation facilities. The Project Manager II is accountable for managing low to moderately risky projects or supporting complex initiatives under the direction of a senior project leader. This full-time, hybrid role requires leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, organize, and guide project teams, including coordination with internal departments and external partners such as engineering, construction, procurement, safety, and regulatory teams
  • Establish and maintain open communication between team members, stakeholders, and management; provide regular project status updates and required reporting
  • Develop detailed project plans covering project scope, schedule, costs, quality, safety, and environmental requirements
  • Oversee project execution to ensure all objectives, deliverable, and compliance standards are met
  • Participate in or lead project meetings; resolve team issues and contribute to resource planning and risks mitigation
  • Ensure all aspects of project documentation, communication, and close-out are in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Travel to project sites as needed using a personal vehicle

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience is an advantage
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in energy, utilities, construction, or industrial environments
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and guide multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality targets
  • Familiarity with risk management and compliance procedures
