 Location: Charlotte or Raleigh, NC
 Remote, Training will be onsite 
Job Summary
 We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to support our Transmission and Distribution operations. In this role, you will analyze and manage inventory levels across multiple regions, supporting process improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain, inventory management, and data analytics, with the ability to influence change and implement creative solutions. 
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory for Distribution Transformer commodities across the organization.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of inventory data to drive actionable insights and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and produce reports, tools, and performance indicators for effective inventory management.
- Collaborate with business partners, supply chain teams, and other support organizations to enhance material flows and support ongoing projects.
- Administer system settings and work management data elements to support inventory optimization.
- Support warehouse operations and adapt inventory processes in alignment with clean energy initiatives.
- Monitor inventory drivers and forecasts to anticipate changes and maintain optimal levels.
- Conduct daily evaluation of material replenishment's and leverage inventory sharing opportunities.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional inventory health meetings and process improvement teams.
- Provide coaching, process direction, and serve as a subject matter expert for inventory management practices.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, presenting complex data and recommendations in an understandable manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
- 4-10 years of work experience in inventory management, supply chain, analytics, or a related field (or 10-14 years of related experience in lieu of a degree).
- Strong business and financial acumen with proven analytical and statistical decision-making ability.
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Maximo.
- Experience in data mining and developing targeted analytics.
- Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and lead teams using a servant leadership approach.
- Project management skills with results-oriented and data-driven work style.
