Job Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing all assigned projects, including budgets, schedules, and deliverables, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion. This role ensures projects meet contractual obligations, adhere to agreed timelines, and comply with Crown Castle policies and procedures. The Project Manager proactively identifies and communicates risks related to schedule or budget and keeps stakeholders informed of any issues impacting project delivery.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage projects from inception to completion, including contracting, RF design, equipment ordering, permitting, construction, optimization, site acquisition, close-out, and hand-off to operations.
• Coordinate all internal and external teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Develop and maintain accurate project plans and budgets; update as needed and oversee project close-out, including documentation.
• Lead internal and external deployment meetings to review project status and implement necessary changes.
• Attend customer meetings to provide comprehensive status updates and resolve conflicts or issues.
• Maintain accurate project files and ensure timely distribution of close-out documents per corporate and customer standards.
• Ensure all projects are accurately tracked in the project management system.

Experience & Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years of wireless project management experience or similar experience in another industry
• Experience managing project budgets and financials
• Customer-facing project management experience
