HR Attendance Compliance Coordinator

Hourly Pay Range: $32.42/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the National Attendance Program (NAP).
- Administer NAP, FMLA, MLOA, and attendance policies in alignment with company and union agreements.
- Investigate and validate employee attendance records using HR systems.
- Publish daily progress/status updates for operations and UAW stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings and administer corrective actions per NAP guidelines.
- Audit and update timekeeping codes for attendance (personal days, bereavement, jury duty, military duty, FMLA, medical leave, etc.).
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for line management on attendance policy interpretation.
- Maintain documentation for FMLA administration and lead the 10-day quit process.
- Serve as liaison between operations, UAW, medical department, and labor relations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve attendance processes.
Job Requirements
- Human Resources (HR) experience.
- Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Must be available to work all shifts: Day, Night, and Weekends.
