Hourly pay range $ 35-40

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into workplace issues by interviewing hourly employees and documenting statements accurately.
• Prepare, track, and maintain investigation documentation.
• Manage employee data and statements with strict confidentiality.
• Promote an inclusive work culture while balancing employee advocacy and company objectives.
• Provide support to salaried personnel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

• Microsoft Excel

Experience

• 5+ years conducting investigations, including interviewing, case management, and dispositioning.
• 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred:

• Experience in a manufacturing and/or unionized environment.

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
