Material Coordinator

Hourly pay range $ 30-32

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will join the Operations and Supply Management teams as a functional team member and service provider. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing production material availability
• Ensuring direct material is scheduled and available on time at the work center
• Working primarily in SAP MRP system
• Scheduling, coordinating, and controlling inventory

Job Requirements

Experience:

• Supply Management or Operations experience
• Previous or current military experience preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP or equivalent MRP systems (preferred)

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and willingness to engage respectfully
• Ambitious, motivated, and proactive
• Positive "can-do" attitude
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements

• Critical thinking and self-starter mindset

Additional Requirements:

• Solid understanding of manufacturing demands, supply chain, and logistics flow
• Customer service mindset
• Remote work is not an option
• Metatarsal boots are mandatory
