Hourly pay range $ 44-47
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving Level 3 OnStar customer cases related to:
• OnStar mobile apps
• In-Vehicle apps
• WiFi
• Account Management
• Enrollment
• Frequent use of SQL required.
• The main function of a Data Analyst is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with database technologies
• Knowledge of ETL processes
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of success
• Passion for working with data and enabling data-driven business decisions
