Job Title: Computer Support Associate I - Infrastructure
Location: Waterloo, IA
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for computing environments
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage onsite desktop hardware and printers
- Support conference rooms and computer deployments
- Image computers and replace printer toner
- Resolve trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues
- Update assets in Asset Center
- Follow KB articles for problem resolution
- Create and maintain basic documents and records
Qualifications:
- Technical background in IT support
- Knowledge of desktop hardware and software
- Familiarity with printer operations and maintenance
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow established procedures and documentation

1. Customer Service - Essential for interacting with users and resolving their issues effectively
2. Problem-Solving - Crucial for diagnosing and fixing various technical problems
3. Time Management - Important for handling multiple support requests efficiently
