AR/AP Specialist

Hourly pay range $ 24-26

Hybrid- 3 days a week in office

Job Responsibilities

• Capital Project Analysis- Experience supporting the full capital lifecycle including unitization, retirement, and asset recognition while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• The ideal resource would be able cover all of Transmission work (Non-emergent and Emergent), understanding Engineering of the assets and project controls.
• Data Analysis & Reconciliation Strong analytical skills to reconcile financial and operational data, identify discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Systems & Reporting Tools Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced), SAP, Maximo, and Power BI for analysis, reconciliation, and executive-level reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and meet business objectives.
• Communication & Independent Work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
