Maintenance Supervisor

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Maintenance Supervisor. Hourly Pay Range: $44.00

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and actively support corporate safety policies, initiatives, and plant housekeeping standards.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and initiate immediate and long-term corrective actions.
• Supervise construction and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality requirements.
• Support plant goals in Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employees for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with Local and National Labor agreements.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
• Implement planned maintenance activities within budget, manpower, and timing constraints.

Job Requirements:

• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Skilled trades training or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts.
• Supervisory experience with multi-trade workforce.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools.
• Willingness to work any assigned shift, including weekends and holidays.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible to work all three shifts and weekends. Must arrive 30 minutes early for shift handoff.
• Maintenance Shifts:1st: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd: 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM
• Overtime: Approx. 16 hours every other weekend (mandatory).
