Hourly pay range: $34.79

Job Responsibilities

• Execute planning activities within a defined framework/system for a low-complexity supply chain.
• Maintain day-to-day contact with business-critical suppliers and respond to complex incidents to analyze performance and provide feedback.
• Collect and collate information on cost drivers, market dynamics, areas of innovation, and alternative suppliers to support decision-making.
• Contribute to reviewing existing operations and assist in identifying continuous improvements.
• Gather and report on contract performance information for negotiations/renegotiations.
• Manage inventory for a site or factory, following established procedures and resolving discrepancies.
• Support stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, and events.
• Participate in development planning activities and maintain knowledge of relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• Strong skills in action planning, organizing, data collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, costing and budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage supplier relationships.
• Post-secondary non-tertiary education required.
• Basic experience with office/operational systems (4-6 months preferred).
