Hourly pay range: $25.40


Job Responsibilities

  • Create a local document management system for an office or department.
  • Prepare moderately complex documents using various applications and gather/summarize data for reports.
  • Support in delivering analyses of HR data and identifying trends to contribute to HR insights.
  • Carry out HR data processing tasks and provide guidance on processes when needed.
  • Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers regarding policies and procedures.
  • Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and deliver high-quality professional services.
  • Validate, input, and maintain payroll data; prepare payroll for bank submission and manual payments when required.
  • Initiate and monitor onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes.

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage data effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of payroll management and HR processes.
  • Skills in learning and talent development, numerical analysis, and reporting.

Education:

  • Post-secondary non-tertiary education.

Experience:

  • Basic experience with office/operational systems (4-6 months).
  • Limited experience (0-3 months) in HR-related tasks.
