Contract with potential for long term

Hourly pay range $ 42.00- $44.00

Remote with ability to travel to supplier/company sites as required and some travel to the U.S for meetings

Job Responsibilities

• Creating CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for BIW upperbody components/subassemblies using
• Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.
• Position requires extensive knowledge of Teamcenter and NX modeling and an extensive background developing, packaging, and releasing BIW components and subassemblies.
• Managing internal and external suppliers
• Supporting pre-production and launch activities at vehicle assembly plants (US, Mexico, CA), creating and maintaining CBOM and quadris, benchmarking, and other responsibilities as required for the role/program.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent bachelor's degree with experience.
• 2+ Years of CAD modeling with Siemens NX
• 2+ Years of Robust Modeling with Siemens NX
• 2+ Years of Parametric CAD Modeling with Siemens NX
• 2+ Years of Body in White (Automotive) Engineering Experience
• Strong English Speaking skills, including technical language
• Strong Engineering Design Project Presentation skills required
• Remote Work with ability to travel to supplier/company sites as required

Preferred Requirements

• 5+ Years of Body in White and/or Closures CAD Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of body experience
• 5+ Years of CAD Parametric Modeling with Seimens NX
