Maintenance Supervisor

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Maintenance Supervisor. Hourly pay range $ 44.00- 46.00 hr.
Job Responsibilities

• Supervise UAW Skilled Trades employees
• Very fast paced environment - quick thinking
• Mentally and physically demanding position

• Monday - Friday
• Onsite 6-7 days a week
• Must be able to work any of the below shifts and must be open to rotating and working any shift.

1st shift: 5:45AM - 3PM
2nd shift: 1:45PM - 11PM
3rd shift: 9:45PM - 7AM

Overtime Estimate: 20hrs/week - this is very consistent - must be open to working weekends and lots of OT!!

Top 3 must-have hard skills:

• Technical experience (manufacturing technical experience)
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Ability to learn - someone is self-driven

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma
Journeyman certification
