Inventory Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Bartech Staffing is proud to partner with an agricultural leader who is accepting applications for an Inventory Supervisor. This is a contractual opportunity, fully onsite in Milan, IL.

As an Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a wage workforce to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals through effective communication and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.

Hourly Pay Range $35 per hour to $37 per hour (W2)
Shift Hours:
2:30 PM - 10:00 PM CST

• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Metatarsal safety boots are required on the first day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a wage workforce to meet operational goals in safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
• Ensure all assigned personnel are properly trained and equipped with accurate work instructions and necessary tools.
• Monitor individual and group performance, providing coaching, corrective action, and discipline as needed.
• Foster a positive employee environment through communication, feedback, and engagement activities.
• Address and resolve employee concerns while ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and work rules.
• Promote a strong safety culture through regular safety communications.
• Drive engagement in the CI Safety and Ergonomic Risk Assessment process.
• Encourage prompt near‑miss reporting and ensure quick, thorough corrective actions.
• Monitor production plans and daily workflow to meet output and delivery targets.
• Troubleshoot workmanship issues and process concerns to sustain quality standards.
• Supervise production activities to ensure products consistently meet or exceed established quality requirements.
