Location: Brownstown Township, MI
Pay Rate: $33-35/hour
Duration: Long-term contract
Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Position Overview
The Operations Supervisor will work closely with the Superintendent and Plant Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for supervising inbound, outbound, and claims processing activities while ensuring operational goals are met and continuous improvement initiatives are supported.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse operations, including:
  • Inbound and outbound processing
  • Claims processing
• Ensure operational objectives are met, including but not limited to:
  • Providing coverage for crews in the Supervisor's absence
  • Attending, facilitating, and submitting required documentation for crew meetings
  • Preparing and maintaining work-related records as needed
  • Scheduling workforce needs, including overtime and vacation coverage
  • Championing and leading continuous improvement initiatives to drive best-in-class performance

• Supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage workforce scheduling and operational documentation

• Minimum of 1 year of prior supervisory experience

• High School Diploma or GED
