Hourly pay rate: $39.18/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities through a focus on Safety, Quality, and Delivery.
• Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and ensure production targets are consistently met.
• Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing training and development for team members.
• Deliver constructive performance feedback and hold team members accountable for expectations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team participation in process enhancement ideas.
• Work daily and weekend overtime as required by production needs.

Job Requirements

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team in a collaborative environment.
• Strong conflict‑resolution skills and the ability to address team issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with a passion for problem‑solving and teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to make timely, effective decisions using available data.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
