Pay Rate: $45-$50/hour
Duration: Long‑term contract
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, results‑oriented Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our U.S.-based headquarters and our offshore Consultation Center (Call Center) operations in the Philippines.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge domestic strategy with offshore execution. Rather than managing day‑to‑day tactical work, you will drive performance through an established Offshore Team Lead, ensuring productivity, compliance, and alignment with U.S. business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Serve as the central point of contact between U.S. leadership and the offshore liaison supporting Philippines‑based call center operations
- Translate U.S. strategy into clear objectives and expectations for offshore execution
Performance & KPI Management
- Monitor, analyze, and report on offshore team performance using established KPIs
- Identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure offshore teams consistently meet or exceed service metrics
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and support the Offshore Team Lead through influence rather than direct authority
- Provide strategic guidance, feedback, and resources to support offshore team success
- Maintain strong cross‑cultural working relationships
Process & Quality Optimization
- Standardize workflows and communication protocols to improve efficiency and reduce friction
- Ensure adherence to U.S. brand standards, service expectations, and compliance requirements
- Drive consistency in service delivery across all shifts
Reporting & Executive Communication
- Deliver regular performance updates to executive stakeholders
- Translate offshore performance data into clear, actionable business insights
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within a call center, BPO, or international operations environment
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience working with international or offshore teams; Philippines experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPI data and drive performance improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to navigate time zone differences and cultural nuances
- Demonstrated success managing through influence rather than direct reporting lines
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- PMP or PMI certification preferred
Success Metrics
- Meeting or exceeding established offshore KPIs (e.g., CSAT, AHT, Resolution Rates)
- Reduction in communication bottlenecks between U.S. and Philippines teams
- Consistent service delivery and quality standards across all shifts
