Location: Claycomo, MO
Pay Rate: $37.94/hour
Shift: Rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
Position Overview
The Production Supervisor is a frontline leadership role responsible for leading and developing an hourly manufacturing team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. This position offers on‑the‑job training, leadership development, and opportunities for career progression in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate an hourly production team to meet daily quality and productivity targets
• Organize and manage workflow to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production
• Ensure production lines are operating safely and producing quality parts through standardized work and continuous monitoring
• Drive high performance by holding yourself and your team accountable through servant leadership
• Build strong working relationships with hourly employees, union representatives, and management
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) consistently and effectively

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
