Pay: $37.94/hr
Location: Louisville, KY
Shift: Rotating (including nights & weekends)
Position Overview
The Production Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role offering on‑the‑job training, development, and clear opportunities for career progression. This position oversees an hourly manufacturing team to ensure safety, quality, and daily production goals are consistently met.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, coach, and empower an hourly production team to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Organize and manage daily workflow to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and standardized work processes are followed at all times.
• Quickly identify and resolve production issues.
• Build strong working relationships with hourly employees, union teams, and management.
• Hold yourself and team members accountable to high performance standards through servant leadership.

Required Skills

• Strong problem‑solving ability
• Effective people management and leadership skills

Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a Material Planning & Logistics or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
