Field Service Technician

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Field Service Technician. Hourly pay range $ 30.00 hr.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, start up, and debug the company systems.
- Support tooling installation through onsite buyoff and customer acceptance.
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous solutions to customer problems.
- Process any, and all, necessary paperwork and provide the customer with detailed descriptions of any problem(s) encountered.
- Provide training for customers, on the company product line.
- Coordinate responsibilities, activities, and schedule with team members as required to ensure customer satisfaction, and the successful completion of service call.
- Follow Engineering Guidelines and other standardized procedures to comply with product specifications, laws, and local regulations.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a related environment with automation integration, installation, or service repairs.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience analyzing and solving service, engineering, and ergonomic installation problems.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Established decision making skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints / schematics.
- Available for worldwide travel.
- Available to work off shifts and weekends.
- Personal credit card.
- Clean driving record.
