Controls Engineer

Hourly pay range $ 48.00- 50.00 hr.
Job Responsibilities

• Initiate control system design from written sequences of operation.
• Engineer and design pneumatic, electrical wiring, and hydraulic piping diagrams.
• Design programmable logic controller (PLC) and human machine interface (HMI) software.
• Tryout, debug, and provide start-up support for control systems.
• Provide technical support for the installation of tools and equipment.
• Provide technical support for training plant personnel.
• Travel to plant sites as required.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in the application of programmable machine controls hardware and software.
• Proficiency in the application of Servo drive hardware and software.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/ePlan
• Familiarity with basic electrical and safety standards.
• Capability of supervision.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering
• Years of experience - at least 3 years' experience
• Required experience with Fanuc robotics/capable in Fanuc robotics & PLC.
• Try out, debug, and provide start-up support for control systems and robotic systems.
• Troubleshooting Experience
• Nice to have knowledge with Fanuc Cobots (1 year of experience in Cobot this would be a HUGE nice to have).
