Controls Engineer

Hourly pay range $ 48.00- 50.00 hr.
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate control system design from written sequences of operation.
- Engineer and design pneumatic, electrical wiring, and hydraulic piping diagrams.
- Design programmable logic controller (PLC) and human machine interface (HMI) software.
- Tryout, debug, and provide start-up support for control systems.
- Provide technical support for the installation of tools and equipment.
- Provide technical support for training plant personnel.
- Travel to plant sites as required.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in the application of programmable machine controls hardware and software.
- Proficiency in the application of Servo drive hardware and software.
- Proficient in AutoCAD/ePlan
- Familiarity with basic electrical and safety standards.
- Capability of supervision.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering
- Years of experience - at least 3 years' experience
- Required experience with Fanuc robotics/capable in Fanuc robotics & PLC.
- Try out, debug, and provide start-up support for control systems and robotic systems.
- Troubleshooting Experience
- Nice to have knowledge with Fanuc Cobots (1 year of experience in Cobot this would be a HUGE nice to have).
