Wire Harness Quality Engineer

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Wire Harness Quality Engineer in Hamtramck, MI. Hourly pay range $30 - $32/hr.
Key Responsibilities

• Support production and resolve quality issues related to wire harness and electrical systems
• Work directly with suppliers, production teams, and product engineering
• Perform problem solving, issue reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Significant documentation and follow up required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Technical or engineering-related fields
• If no degree: 3+ years relevant experience required
• Automotive experience strongly preferred

• Problem reporting and resolution
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross functionally
