Position Description
The Dealer Rental Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Dealer Daily Rental (DDR) program. This role works closely with the Dealer Daily Rental Manager, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support rental-related business activities. The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the dealer network, providing guidance, addressing inquiries, investigating concerns, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across the dealer body.
This position regularly utilizes multiple systems, databases, and online tools to analyze data, generate reports, and support program compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process exception requests using the Dealer Rental Exception (DRE) system; coordinate email requests submitted to the DDR Manager or other Rental Team Managers as needed
- Generate and maintain reports to support the rental management team, including:
- Lincoln Units in Operation Report (quarterly)
- Enrollment reports (as needed)
- VIN list updates (weekly)
- Update program details and supporting documentation on the FRAC/LRAC/DDR web pages based on program updates, model year changes, and vehicle line eligibility
- Submit and test incentive changes
- Partner with the Ford Pro Contact Center of Excellence (CCoE) to address dealer rental inquiries and concerns
- Conduct in-service audits to ensure program adherence, review findings with Dealer Rental Management, and submit approved findings to the General Auditors Office for processing
- Maintain and update procedural documentation related to the role and business operations
- Work in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote and on-site responsibilities
Skills Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong customer service and customer contact skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail
Skills Preferred
- Experience with data and analytics dashboards
Experience Required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience supporting customers or internal stakeholders in a service-focused role
Experience Preferred
- Experience communicating with and supporting a dealer network
Education Required
- Bachelor's Degree
