Job Title: Application Developer (Journey Level)

Hourly Pay Rate

$62.85 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Build and implement software functionality from the product backlog, as prioritized by the Product Owner.
• Estimate and size user stories and development tasks.
• Develop, unit-test, and support software solutions of moderate complexity.
• Create automated test scripts and perform all required testing activities.
• Validate deliverables against user story acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation as required.
• Follow industry-standard Agile software development and documentation practices.
• Collaborate closely with product team members to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and other internal partners.
• May assign, coordinate, and review portions of work completed by support or junior team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in software development, programming, or data analysis.
• 1-3 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Journey-level experience supporting or developing within a single enterprise application (e.g., SAP, ERP, IFS, PTC).
• Understanding of application development environments, databases, data management, and infrastructure constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
