Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a Lead DC Power Service Technician. Direct-hire | Pay: $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
Travel: Approximately 50%, including overnights and flights (costs covered by company)

Position Summary
We're seeking a Lead DC Power Service Technician to support telecom DC power service work, including batteries, rectifiers, DC distribution systems, AC/DC power systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This person will need strong telecom/DC power experience, the ability to support active job sites, and confidence mentoring junior technicians.

Must-have / Requirements:

• 6-10 years of hands-on DC power systems experience
• Strong telecom power experience
• Experience with batteries, rectifiers, and DC distribution systems
• AC/DC power system experience
• Experience installing, commissioning, maintaining, or troubleshooting DC power systems
• Exposure to data center power systems, switchgear, or switchyard environments
• Experience mentoring or leading junior technicians
• Experience leading or participating in job site safety meetings
