Job Title: Salesforce Product Owner
Location: Charlotte, NC 28206
Pay Rate: $67.00 per hour on W2 (no corp-to-corp)

The Salesforce Product Owner for is responsible for owning the product backlog and guiding the agile delivery of a Salesforce-based solution supporting Demand Side Management (DSM) program tracking. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered according to Agile best practices.

The Product Owner drives product vision and day-to-day product decisions by managing and prioritizing the backlog, writing and refining user stories, and accepting completed work-keeping development focused on high value outcomes - so delivered functionality meets business objectives, agreed acceptance criteria, quality standards, and aligns with Salesforce best practices.
