Position Overview
The Material, Planning & Logistics Supervisor is a frontline leadership role responsible for supervising and developing an hourly manufacturing workforce. This role is supported by on-the-job training, leadership development, and clear opportunities for career progression. MPL Supervisors are resilient, detail-oriented, ambitious, and demonstrate a high level of integrity. This is a fully onsite position with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly manufacturing workforce to meet daily production, quality, and material flow requirements
• Plan and organize workflow to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are achieved through coaching, standardized work, and active floor presence
• Verify production lines and logistics processes are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality output
• Drive continuous improvement by holding self and team accountable to high performance standards using a servant leadership approach
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management
• Support company, team, and personal performance goals through effective communication and leadership

Required Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a materials, planning, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
