Business Systems Analyst

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Business Systems Analyst. Hourly pay range $ 35.00-37.00/hour
Onsite position, Work from Home 1 day a week. (Can choose the day)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support a small group of regional staff including administrators and department heads
• Lead projects from start to finish which will be dependent on your interest and business needs
• Support with sales reporting, data analysis and other sales communications
• Develop communiques for Dealers informing them of the go-to-market strategy
• Complete ad hoc Sales and Marketing projects and reports as required
• Facilitate the planning and execution of regional meetings
• Support a small group of regional staff including administrators and department heads
• Lead projects from start to finish which will be dependent on your interest and business needs
• Responsible for updating reports, publishing reports, creating reports and any ad-hoc reporting
• Assist with any questions from District Managers on the reporting
• The team has one courtesy vehicle in the region so this person could potentially be responsible for switching out the vehicle with the dealership
• Facilitate, plan and execute regional meetings - regional meetings have about 40 individuals in attendance
• Travel for local meetings in Calgary and surrounding area, no overnight travel it would be just for the day

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
• 0-2 years' experience required (closer to 2 years of experience preferred)
