Front end Software Development Engineering Senior Engineer

Hourly pay rate: $85.00/hour
 Work Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days per week in the office

Job Responsibilities

 
· Engage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, ensuring user-centric solutions
· Design, develop, and deliver scalable front-end applications using modern technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects
· Develop UI mockups and prototypes; participate in design reviews and product demonstrations
· Perform functional, automated, and UI testing to ensure high-quality delivery
· Optimize applications for performance, scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
· Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and continuously improve application performance
· Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture guidelines and brand standards
· Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in front-end development and UI/UX design

Job Requirements

 
· 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years in application development
· Strong hands-on experience with React and delivering customer-facing web applications
· Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
· Experience with responsive design, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility standards
· Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated UI testing tools
· Understanding of performance optimization techniques and web application scalability
· Experience working within Agile development environments

· Highly effective in working with other technical experts Product Managers Dev Ops Big Data UI/UX Designers and business stakeholders.
· Experience with restful interfaces and OAS standards.
· Comfortable with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools and pipelines.
· Experience with backlogs user stories Jira or similar Agile Tools.
