Hourly pay range $33-34/hour
 

Job Responsibilities

 
· Supervise, evaluate, and support an hourly production team to meet daily manufacturing requirements
 
· Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are achieved through coaching and monitoring production lines
 
· Organize workflow and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high performance standards
 
· Build strong relationships with team members, union representatives, and management
 
· Lead by example with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and servant leadership

Job Requirements

 
· High School Diploma or GED required
 
· 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
 
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
 
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 
· Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
