Bartech Staffing is proud to partner with a commercial mobility client who is accepting applications for a Manager, Enterprise Sales & Business Development. This is a direct hire opportunity requiring up to 75% travel and the candidate should be in California (Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego - preferred locations).

Salary Range: $165k - $170k (Yearly) (Base)
Plus Car Allowance / Corporate Credit Card / Commission

We're looking for a driven enterprise sales leader to help build and close strategic opportunities across the top 150 medium-duty fleets in North America.

This is a hands-on, hunter role working closely with senior leadership to identify, develop, and win complex enterprise deals while shaping go-to-market strategy and partnerships.



What You'll Do

  • Hunt and close net-new enterprise opportunities
  • Own deals end-to-end: prospecting → strategy → close
  • Lead executive-level conversations with fleet leaders and stakeholders
  • Build compelling PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based business cases
  • Manage long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Partner with upfitters, dealers, and internal teams to drive scalable wins
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings


What You Bring

  • 6-10 years of enterprise / strategic B2B sales experience
  • Proven success closing complex, net-new deals
  • Experience in fleet, transportation, automotive, or industrial markets
  • Strong financial modeling + executive storytelling skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Hunter mindset with the ability to navigate C-suite sales environments


Nice to Have

  • Experience selling hardware + software + services solutions
  • Familiarity with fleets, upfitters, or dealer ecosystems
