Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Shift: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing employees in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement goals are consistently achieved while fostering a positive team culture. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, demonstrates high integrity, and thrives in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop hourly production team members.
• Organize workflow and manpower to meet daily production and quality targets.
• Monitor production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
• Verify production lines are operating safely, efficiently, and producing quality products.
• Build strong working relationships with hourly employees, union representatives, and management.
• Promote accountability and high-performance standards through servant leadership.
• Support and administer plant policies and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements consistently and fairly.
• Maintain a strong culture of workplace safety and employee engagement.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leaders, and business partners to address production concerns and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience and/or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
  • Excel
  • Word
  • PowerPoint
  • Outlook
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Background

• Manufacturing leadership or team lead experience.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Knowledge of production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement processes.
