Job Title: Substation Construction Project Planner
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45203
Pay Rate: $44.00 per hour

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the execution of substation work to ensure projects and maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in utility operations, substation maintenance, substation construction, construction management, or a related field. Candidates with strong planning experience and knowledge of electrical substations are highly preferred.

Required
* Experience in utility operations, maintenance planning, generation outage coordination, generation planning, and manufacturing project or maintenance planning, construction planning, or a related field.
* Knowledge of project scheduling, work management, and resource planning principles.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
