Job Title: Lead I&C Instrumentation and Controls Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC 28202
Pay Rate: $64.00 per hour

Lead I&C Engineer is responsible for technical management of all phases of project planning and execution to ensure project success factors are met. These include but are not limited to scope, schedule, cost, quality, environmental, safety, communications, security, and integration. The lead I&C engineer will manage the DCS purchase, design, and commissioning of the control system for each project. This position provides technical leadership and management for a matrixed team of engineers and other technical staff. The lead I&C engineer provides engineering/technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolution of complex problems in area of expertise with the ability to visualize long-term results and assess impacts on a system-wide basis.

Required
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
* 5 years of engineering experience
* Strong working knowledge Emerson Ovation control system and Allen-Bradley PLCs
