Bartech Staffing Awarded Great Recruiters Certified in 2024
To be eligible for the Great Recruiters Certified 2024 recognition, recruiting agencies must meet very specific requirements, including utilizing the Great Recruiters platform for at least six months, regularly seeking feedback from job seekers and placed talent, maintaining an average Great Recruiters rating of 4.6 or higher (within the past 12 months), and having at least 35% of the agency's recruiting team certified by Great Recruiters.
Bartech is proud of our 4.68 rating, with 85% of our team certified by Great Recruiters.
In a recent webinar called "Job Search Trust Fall," Bartech Staffing partnered with Great Recruiters to discuss the importance of candidate experience and the dynamics of understanding how trust and opportunity go hand-in-hand.
