Job Responsibilities
Job Title: Corporate Food Service Manager
- Compensation (Range): $45-$47/ hour
- Track gate rings, participation rates, sales, and customer counts with direct oversight of food service provider.
- Support Executive and Senior Management service requirements.
- Oversee event spaces and event planners.
- Provide direction, consultation, and problem resolution to (45) US & Canada plants and office locations for food service concerns.
- Create and develop long term strategies to ensure food service models meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- In partnership with Purchasing and the location, direct sourcing programs for total sales to meet local needs and corporate goals.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance with cost and service goals.
- Communicate status to stakeholders via financial reporting and custom presentations.
- Recommend ways to reduce or eliminate subsidies where applicable.
- Develop strategies and implement plans to achieve cost savings/cost avoidance.

- Initiate programs to right-size food service operations at locations that are unprofitable or have unrealistic expectations.
- Implement and maintain innovative technology superior processes to improve operational efficiencies.
- Analyze and define system enhancements to track US & Canada food service locations.
- Champion environmentally friendly Be Green initiatives to reduce, reuse and recycle.
- Benchmark best practices with other companies, food service providers and industry associations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, including budget oversight and operations.
- Experience in managing large-scale food service programs and event planning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with food service management software and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in food service management, with a focus on multi-location oversight.
- Experience in working with corporate food service programs and large-scale event planning.
- Advanced knowledge of food service industry best practices and trends.
- Experience in developing and monitoring key performance metrics.
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Strong background in sustainability initiatives and environmentally friendly practices.
- Certified Food Service Manager (CFSM) or similar certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with advanced food service management systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools for tracking and reporting.
