Job Responsibilities

• Compensation (Range): $51 - $52 / hour
• Hybrid - Required to be on-site in Warren, MI, Tuesday through Thursday
• Work as an integral member within the Retail Planning team to provide support for all retail-related items including new car incentives, production, distribution, and consensus.
• Develop analytical solutions to improve business results.
• Assist with the alignment of business and data functions to maximize the effectiveness, drive efficiency and provide innovative tools and solutions to large data sets.
• Monthly sales and incentive OEM competitive trends
• Registration Data/Competitive Outlook
• Market Specific Trends
• US Luxury Auto industry Sales Reporting
• Production and sales forecasting
• Client and Competitor Inventory analytics
• Logistics
• Certified Pre-owned vehicles
• Residual analysis
• Lease portfolio retention
• Retail and fleet Sales
• Company-owned vehicles
• Ad Hoc Projects

Job Requirements

• Global Connect, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, NAEZQ, JD Power PIN, S&P (Polk) Registrations
• Prior automotive experience recommende
• User management and analytics experience preferred
• 3 or more years of work experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments utilizing highly efficient time management skills
• High level of organizational skills
• High level of personal drive/motivation
• High level of oral and written communications skills
• High level of presentation skills both in the development and delivery of presentations
• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferably in a business or analytical field
• Master's degree desired
• Tableau, Power BI, or SQL experience is a plus
