Hourly pay range $75-$95

Must be fully bilingual in both English and French

Job Description / Duties:

  • Support the coordination and execution of Workday testing activities across multiple phases including E2E (End-to-End), URT (User Readiness Testing), and SRT (System Readiness Testing)
  • Develop and maintain test scenarios and cases in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
  • Perform hands-on testing activities including test executions, results documentation, and defect triage
  • Assist in monitoring test readiness, coordinating issue resolution, and providing regular testing reports to project leadership
  • Collaborate with global process leads and SMEs to validate test cases based on business requirements and system functionality
  • Help manage test timelines, resource scheduling, defect logs, and stakeholder updates
  • Support the organization and logistics of test cycles including scheduling, communication, and facilitation of workshops
  • Serve as a key contributor to the testing team by aligning with testing best practices, processes, and tools
  • Maintain a high level of quality and compliance with standards throughout all testing exercises

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a testing role within an enterprise SaaS environment (Workday strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, planning, defect management, and execution
  • Demonstrated experience supporting testing activities for cloud-based HR systems-particularly Workday HCM, payroll, or case management
  • Strong aptitude with test management tools and collaboration platforms
  • Ability to write, refine, and execute test scenarios and scripts based on functional requirements
  • Ability to coordinate logistics and troubleshooting for multiple test phases and deadlines
  • Experienced in stakeholder coordination and reporting during active test execution stages
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills-able to work with technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to work across time zones with remote/global stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Hands-on testing experience with Workday HCM integrations, Payroll, or Case Management
  • Experience in one or more of the following specialized testing roles:
    • Technical Tester
    • Data Migration Tester
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Facilitator
  • Exposure to Agile development and delivery methodologies
  • Familiarity with global HR transformation programs or large ERP implementations
  • Understanding of business process improvement or change management functions
  • Experience working in complex organizational matrix or enterprise environments
