Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Architect for Manufacturing, Engineering & MES systems will include:

• Job Title: Architect for Manufacturing, Engineering & MES systems
• Location: 100% Remote
• Pay Rate: $67.00 per hour
• Architect for Manufacturing, Engineering & MES systems - Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Infrastructure design and estimates for Mfg. / Eng. / MES projects
• Lead future site evaluations to determine hosting in private cloud (AMS) or site.
• Manage Infrastructure Teams to complete future infrastructure build, ensuring all specs are met (Hosting, Network)
• Manage Performance Testing Teams - Working closely with DXC (scripting, perf runs, Tricentis), Network, Hosting and Application Development Teams to plan, coordinate and execute testing.
• Lead System Optimization & Tuning Consulting with Network, Hosting and Application Development

Job Requirements

• Understanding of shop floor systems including SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Understanding of skills with recipe management, lot tracking, prior step verification, automated testing, label printing, etc. are necessary.
• Experience working with in manufacturing engineering or operations who can understand the relationship between the shop floor and the software.
• Experience with engineering and manufacturing simulation tools and can correlate the simulation with the actual manufacturing process.
• Skills with web, middleware, and database administration would be beneficial for troubleshooting and optimization.
• Apriso Development experience - DELMIA Apriso is a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software that helps manufacturers manage and control production processes
• Deep experience with performance testing and experience with Tricentis
