Staffing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Compensation (Range): $28-$30 / hour
• Scheduling interviews, initiating, and tracking drug screen and backgrounds during pre-employment stage for hourly and salary employees
• Provide topnotch candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners
• Interview scheduling and manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams
• Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screens through completion via HireRight
• Responsible for troubleshooting and researching all background check and drug screen questions and concerns
• Manage and maintain candidate tracker and Applicant Tracking System with candidate pre-employment results using Excel and Workday
• Communicate to recruiting team any stated or perceived challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process

Job Requirements

• Highest Level of Education: Bachelor's in human resources.
• Minimum years of Experience: If a candidate does not have a bachelor's degree, the candidate WILL NEED 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
